Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a book-order (made to order). This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases. 

Book-orders (Made to Order)
When you book an order, you are buying a made to order product not yet in inventory. We may collect a partial deposit or full payment at checkout, then charge the remaining payment at a future date. 
You can cancel such an order. Amount to be refunded would depend on production stage at time of cancellation. In case you wish to cancel, please contact us via WhatsApp to check your order status before requesting a cancellation, we would do our best to accommodate your request.
